Blood Glucose Target: 4-7mmol/l
Waist Circumference: Asian Men less than 90cm & 94cm for white Men
All women Less than 80 cm
HBA1c Target: less than 53mmol/mol (7.0%) in Type 1 Diabetes and <48mmol/ mol (6.5%) in Type 2 Diabetes
Blood Pressure Targets: Below 140/80mmHg or 130/70mmHg for people with kidney problems
eGFR- Kidney Function:90ml/min
Cholesterol: Less than 4.0mmol/L Ask your GP
