Pre Diabetes: The beginning or the end?
Screening studies for T2 diabetes have shown that a large number of people in the UK will be identified with Pre Diabetes. (Impaired Fasting Glucose (IFG), Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT) or both). 1 in 7 people have Pre-Diabetes which is costly both to individuals and society. There are currently no UK national recommendations on how to best manage Pre -Diabetes. Read more |
