Designed to celebrate the success of general practices in 2011, the awards aim to highlight individual or team accomplishments, and to recognise and reward the fantastic and innovative work that is being carried out in primary healthcare by primary healthcare professionals.

This year, finalists and up to three members of each finalist team will be invited to attend a glittering black tie dinner and ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, Park Lane, London, on the 16th November. If you win, you will also get a trophy, £250 to spend on the surgery, and an opportunity to write an article in the magazine.
