Patient and Public Involement (PPI) 


What is it?


PPI covers a range of activities that people can participate in, form taking part in a clinical trial or research study to providing feedback on research.

The key aim is for members of the public to form a partnership with researchers, so that the research meets the needs of people affected by diabetes.

In what ways can I get invloved?


You can get involved with PPI through the Leicestershire Diabetes Focus Group (LDFG) in the Leicester Diabetes Centre (LDC).
