NHS DIABETES
NHS Diabetes (previously the National Diabetes Support Team) is part of NHS Diabetes & Kidney Care, a national team that works with frontline staff in both the diabetes and kidney communities to implement the respective National Service Frameworks.
The role of NHS Diabetes is to work with and support the diabetes community to help them design, commission and deliver safe, high quality and personalised diabetes services to every person with diabetes in England.
On their website you will find news, guidance, advice and information on diabetes, as well as an opportunity to share your own experiences and examples of care as a healthcare professional. Submit your examples of practice through Infopoints, receive the Diabetes NSF Briefing, contribute to our online forum or just catch up with the latest diabetes news. You can sign up for the latest news to be emailed to you on the NHS Diabetes website.
For other excellent diabetes resources, including databases and journal articles see our document on searching for evidence based literature.
