There are now six local voluntary groups in Leicestershire including the above where you can relate to other people with diabetes, share advice and experiences and discuss issues around diabetes and healthcare. All the groups are run by volunteers for people with diabetes. Many of our nurse and consultants are members of the groups and are involved in speaking at the meetings.
